Community Case Manager

Meet Monica Smith, born and raised right here in Frankfort, KY, Monica joined the Simon House team in January 2024. She’s a proud mom of three amazing kids who mean the world to her!

When she’s not making a difference at work, Monica loves spending time with family and friends, enjoying music, and relaxing with her favorite Lifetime shows. She has a true gift for listening and serving others, and she feels that Simon House is the perfect place to use her talents to make a real impact in the lives of those we serve.

Monica says working here humbles her in many ways, and she’s excited to see what’s ahead for Simon House and the entire community.
