Simon House's Community Services

The Simon House provides community services to anyone in need in Franklin County, Kentucky. You MUST schedule an appointment by calling 502-223-2138 to request services.

Food Boxes

We provide clients with Food Boxes every Wednesday and Friday by partnering with ROSM and the Food Pantry of Frankfort, Ky. Food Boxes must be ordered by calling or visiting our offices by 10am on Tuesday in order to receive your food on Wednesday, and by 10 am on Wednesday to receive food on Friday. Please have the following information available:

First and Last name of everyone in household.
Date of birth of everyone in household.
Social Security Number of everyone in household.

Personal Assistance

The Simon House partners with ROSM to help clients with Rent and Utility Bills. The Simon House also provides:

Emergency clothing for Men, Women, and Children.
Personal hygiene supplies.
Certain household items such as Toilet Paper.
Infant supplies (Formula, Diapers, Wipes, etc.)

Our ability to provide this assistance depends on the donations we receive from the Community. Please Call.

EMERGENCY FOOD

In the event of an emergency. The Simon House will provide clients with a two day supply of food. We provide food for those with or without a stove. Our ability to provide Emergency Food depends on the donations we receive from the Community. Please call to confirm availability. Emergency food services are only available during regular office hours.

Community Case Manager

The Simon House's Community Service's Case Manager can help clients with Housing Assistance, Applying for food stamps and other government assistance. If we are unable to meet our clients needs, we will connect them with other organizations and resources in order to help. Please contact Ashley Williams for more details.
